1. General Policy

All course fees paid to The German Language Haus are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances, except as outlined below.

2. Student-Initiated Withdrawal

No refunds will be provided in cases of:

  • Withdrawal before or after course commencement

  • Non-attendance

  • Discontinuation for any personal or professional reason

3. Course Cancellation by Institute

In the unlikely event that a course is canceled by The German Language Haus due to unforeseen circumstances (including but not limited to low enrollment or instructor unavailability), enrolled students will be eligible for a full refund.

Refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days via the original payment method.

4. Transfers and Adjustments

Course fees are non-transferable to other individuals, batches, or future courses. 

5. Transaction Charges

Any applicable payment gateway or transaction fees are non-refundable.

6. Policy Updates

The German Language Haus reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Any changes will not affect enrollments made prior to the revision.
